Grains: Superb German site (in German and English) on organic growing of grains. This site has a great deal of detailed information.
Irish Organic Trust: Inspection and certification organisation for organically grown produce in Ireland.
Henry Doubleday Research Association: A British organic gardening organisation which maintains a heritage seed library of traditional vegetables. Because of EU legislation that only permit sale of registered seed varieties, these seeds cannot be purchased from Doubleday. However, members of the library can receive free seed packets each year.
