Ribbon Options
In Molam you can dynamically adjust how closely the beta sheet ribbons conform to the alpha carbon atom positions - morphing between a schematic view and a view that shows more detail. Alpha helices can be shown classically, or morphing to twisted ribbon format - closer to how bendix shows helix geometry.
